We had an outstanding experience working with Best in Backyards - New Windsor. We purchased a playset and every facet of the process, from selection to installation, was extraordinarily customer friendly. We absolutely recommend their services and plan on shopping with them in the future!!nnCustomer Service - the team at B.I.B. were super helpful and helped us distinguish which the correct playset was for our family. They helped us look at the space and assess what would work and (more importantly) what wouldn't.nnInstallation - the team was right on time and did an exceptional job communicating with us. They were so easy to work with and had the whole job done in 2-3 hours.nnValue - The price was a little bit more than we were expecting to pay for this project, but it was absolutely worth it. It would certainly be cheaper to purchase a set from a Box Store, but we would have been lost without the expert advising from the sales team and the amazing installation crew.nnQuality - We were so pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the set. It is incredibly sturdy and the construction is top notch. They even did a great job levelling the unit, despite being on a hill.

Byron and Juan were fantastic and persistent!nnWe had so many road closures due to the weather and they made it happen!nnDelivery and installation were flawless and I couldn’t be happier with their work!

Great customer service from Kyle. Easy to order, relatively quick delivery date (they fit us in on someone else’s cancellation !), installation guys were incredibly kind and efficient, payment options are flexible, and the quality is worth every penny. I’d buy from them again and again. (We got a Dreamscapes set with tire swing and added a wooden roof upgrade which I’d recommend for weather cover and just overall aesthetic value).

Willy and Sosa were kind and professional with our hoop installation. They were meticulous with respect to squaring and making sure everything was level prior to setting into the concrete. Much appreciated.
