This was a great, family-friendly adventure. The kids ziplined and did a ropes course, among other activities. Baytowne Warf offered plenty of shops and food stops. It was a great family experience. We will go back.
Baytown is a hidden gem of fun and entertainment for the whole family. Really great place to go when you're in Sandestin. I recommend the zip line, Stairway to Heaven, and the oyster bar!!
This little gem is hidden in a neighborhood/golf club resort.nWe learned about it from a friend. Toke the drive out there and it was amazing. They have parking available free of charge. You must register at the front gate when entering the complex. Drive to the mall area and park. Then walk to the adventure zone which is filled with shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a beautiful marina. At the marina, go to the end to talk pictures. Tip: plan to visit during the sunset.
Pretty fun obstacle course and zip lines, but I’d say it’s more for 6-16 year olds, adults might get bored. Stuff was very attentive and offered help with everything!

This was a terrible experience. We took our 5 grandchildren here to do several of the activities. ( 11 of us total) There was no one selling tickets. We could not find anyone working at any of the activities except one, the ropes course, and the three people in there would not even get off the ground to talk to us. (phones) My grandkids looked forward to this experience and were very disappointed. We went for an evening of activities and then dinner and drinks and ended up leaving without doing anything. I highly recommend not wasting your time on this place.
