Ball N Bounce Reviews
I took my daughter to Ball N Bounce for her first birthday. The staff was amiable and helpful; they walked us through the process and showed us the facility. It's a small facility, but you can only expect a little since it's in an expensive area. One of the most important things I like is cleanliness; their staff was on top, cleaning the top surface, and everything was organized and in its place. I will take my daughter back since she had a lot of fun.
NOT for visitors. very expensive. This was the only place we’d been to that didn’t have in and out privileges and I paid $35 for 1 adult and a 2 year old. Cute place, but not worth it at all. You have to be a “member” to walk out and come back in. Sandbox wasn’t open either, which they should stop advertising until it’s open. Wish I would’ve known. Money thrown away. Better off going somewhere else. Staff wasn’t super friendly either. act like they don’t want to work there.
THE WORST. Do not give them your card information!nnThis business has the shadiest accounting i've ever seen. I've cancelled multiple times since March and they continue to charge a monthly subscription. They also claim I had no subscription when we came in and charged me for a day charge.nnNot to mention the location is almost always rented out for events with no noticed to the parents who do willingly pay for subscriptions.
Seems like the 2 women staff doesn’t wanna work there… grumpy face not welcoming at all. The toys and the play area some are broken not functioning well. Doesn’t worth 35$ at all. They also cover the sandbox nothing to do much here for a 2.7 years old . Will not go back
The place is great but the music is blasting like it’s a club ,it’s too loud for kids and also because the door is always open and the AC in on it is freezing inside . We love this place but they have to play attention to this small details
