We all go into this place with some kind of problem/issue or upgrade for our vehicles, im rating 4 star only due to the prices, other than that the guy was super helpful and for the most part was able to bring me back from being upset that my new car wouldn't start(about 5 year old car) battery took over an hour to turn over and finally got it going went straight there. Ended up replacing the battery (also had BAD corrosion on the negative terminal) they put some kind of stuff to make this battery not corrode.

What amazing service. I went in on a Wednesday morning and there were only a couple guys working. The manager I think took me in right away, got me what I needed and put my headlight bulb in . He was extremely courteous and I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you Autozone treating me with respect and not assuming I don't know anything because I'm female. (It's happened at other auto parts stores soooooo....). Appreciate you and your team in Coal Township
Very professional and great costumes service
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a part that I desperately needed. They offer same day delivery, so I paid double to price for it. I received a text message saying that it had been delivered, which it was not. So, I promptly called the store to allot them of the issue. They transferred me to someone seemly to be in charge. I was very rudly told there is nothing they can do, and that door dash handles their deliveries, and that I should contact them because I placed the order through them, but I didn't. This was all through the auto zone website. I am now down about $100 and the store isn't taking responsibility for their negligence. I used to like auto zone, now, after how they handled this situation I am not sure I can recommend this location to any potential future customers.
