Altitude Trampoline Park – Rochester NY Reviews
Awesome place for your kids to burn off that extra energy. It has tons of trampolines, obviously, but there's so much more such as a climbing wall, an obstacle bouncy course (with comfortable chairs for the parents), an arcade where you earn tickets for prizes, an arm jump and you can leap into a bunch of foam cubes from a diving board. They have a gladiator type fighting with foam sticks to knock your opponent off the beam and dogdeball area with trampolines.
I take several kids to Altitude on a somewhat regular basis because they enjoy it so much. I like how clean the bathrooms are. On this last visit I was particularly impressed with Angel, so much so that I asked his name. He's courteous and efficient. He was the only cashier at the time and did a great job juggling the jumper and snack line. I was afraid the kids would be completely dehydrated waiting for their water but he was very fair in taking customers from both lines. We ended up with ice cream, too, and he was kind and engaging through all of our transactions, including using a coupon and dealing with waivers filled out by other people. I definitely recommend the Henrietta Altitude location, especially if Angel is on duty.
Amazing place! Nice prices and had lots of fun! Lots of trampolines and keeps busy for hours. There are places for people of literally all ages. Really fun and tired out my kids! Definitely gets money's worth.
This place is wonderful for kids of different ages. There’s many areas with special features to entertain kids. The main big area is open and it’s where people with more experience hangout. On the back side, there’s a bounce castle and some basketball hops. There’s a couple of areas that are for younger kids only, so it’s safe for them too.
We arrived right around 10 am on a Thursday and the place was PACKED. The place is pretty big though, so it didn’t seem like too much of an issue.nnPrices seemed reasonable. As an adult of a little kid I was only charged an extra few dollars. You do have to utilize their special no slip socks which are $3.nnThere were a ton of areas for different types of activities, including one for little kids, dodgeball, basketball, foam pit, …etc. Every thing seemed relatively clean.nnOverall it was fun, and a great activity for kids.
