Altitude is our favorite. Only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't have a membership option like the one in Austin Texas did. It was $20/month (or $10 I can't remember) for 2 hours a day. You could go every day. Other than that though we love this place. The renovation is awesome!
We loved bringing our six-year-old grandson. Here.he has a high energy level. LOL, it's a great atmosphere for the little ones. He always has lots of fun and has a blast coming here.nStaff are great.nI do have a suggestion, I know. There's a lot of kids, but I don't see the staff wiping down the areas as much as I think they should. But other than that, it's a great place for kids to go.

My Boys had a great time, the place was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Some of the Parents are a little overprotective with their kids, this is basically a public playground, you won’t be able to control every child’s behavior out on the floor. I don’t really recommend this place for very young children, it can get pretty rough at times.
Kids loved it, had a great time. Would definitely return for a rainy day of fun again.
Today 08/23/23 Altitude had family's enjoying the facility as well as several birthday parties. All handled very well including staff on the floor making sure children were safe. When I cked in, I had a problem with a gift card and the manager on duty was patient & very helpful. He was very professional. Thank you
