Altitude Trampoline Park – Lombard Reviews
Tried this altidude establishment after oswego one shut down for safety violations, but this Lombard location is far worse off, have 3 staff that for this whole facility which are on there phones the whole time, everything is covered in dust, floor is filthy everywhere and conditions are not safe beware of this place if you have small children
I was really shocked by this place. Complete chaos. I haven't been to a trampoline park in years, but this was terrible. At first I thought there were no attendants working because no rules were being followed. But then we did see them. One was sitting off to the side on his phone. Another was off to the side playing with a ball. I understand this is a place for kids and kids don't know the rules and won't follow the rules. But that's the job of the employees to tell the kids the rules and enforce those rules. Unfortunately, most parents there are useless. Not watching their own kids. It's not a daycare, you should be there watching your own kids. I won't get into the list of rules being broken because I'm already saying a lot. But it's a shame that children will get hurt here. Eventually, someone is going to be hurt really bad, and a lawsuit will close this place down. It's a shame because of negligence, this fun place won't last. I wish it would last, it has lots of fun attractions, it's reasonably clean, just needs the rules inforced. One last thing electronic lockers were broken and regular lockers require you to bring your own lock if you go. I wouldn't recommend it, though, unless they have serious retraining of staff.
We use to love coming here. So many of my family members and myself have thrown bday parties here. For the two years We have paid for memberships & can’t even use the full park. Sky area is never open, nor is the round beam area. Staff is available!! We come in days, nights & weekends. I understand if there is only 3-4 members but on Wednesday I came in with 6 kids. There was maybe 14 kids total in the whole place.nI watch 8 just huddling around doing nothing while two managers are up front. I asked her why won’t they open it back up she told me again we don’t have enough staff. Mind you this has been closed for 2 years yet people are spending 3-700 on bday parties expecting attractions to be open.nWHAT ‘s the hold up. Now 3 areas are down when we come today so basically we are paying to just jump or play dodgeball. For the past two years we always been able to bring in food. That’s dead now too. She told me I couldn’t bring in the pizza. New rules….. I sit down some lady is here feeding her kid’s Burger King. I walked back to the desk and asked again why we weren’t allowed to bring in our pizza while the other family is eating Burger King. A staff worker went over and told them the new rule, came back to me and said she’s going to have them finish up. I am so fed up with this unprofessionalism and favoritism they pull up here.
Great place for kids to burn energy. They offer a monthly membership, which is totally worth it. We've been here several times and it's never too crowded. Staff are friendly and attentive. Plenty of seating and workspaces for adults. They have some concessions available. Massage chairs. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. You could easily spend a couple of hours here. My kids are 5 and 7 and they absolutely love it.
Love this place! Clean and no out of control teens. 😆 Very fun! We have the membership, and stop by about 4 times a week.
