Staff was super helpful and friendly. I had the wrong time listed for my daughter’s birthday party and we ended up being an hour late. Of course everything was cancelled, but the staff were super helpful and immediately got it reinstated and saved the day. Everyone from the cashier, to the party host, to the manager were extremely friendly and made sure that the party happened without a hitch! I cannot thank them enough. The girls had a blast!
Wow what a great place to bring your family that's kid friendly and also for adults so many things to do definitely worth coming too and it's like 10 bucks a month dam that's awesome and they have an arcade
I usually take my kids to Shell We Bounce in Lewes Delaware. But after going to Altitude like this place much better. Alot more stuff to do and food choices. They also are a part of a monthly program that you can use at different venues.
I was very impressed with our visit. The staff was nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well-lit. There is something for all ages. We came as part of our Global Play Network membership and it is well worth the money. My kids ran around for 2+ hours and wanted to stay longer. I highly recommend this trampoline park.
Kids love. Really dirty though. My toddler spit up a little drink, just from running off before swallowing. I attempted to clean it up. It was on the colored barriers between trampolines. Well the spot I used a few wipes on compared to the rest was alarming. Left a circle of clean around grime. They apparently never clean those. The only clean spot was the one I cleaned. Also, no sanitizer anywhere. If you have elderly family members or immune compromised people wanting to go to your child’s birthday party, pick somewhere else.
