We signed up for memberships because it made the most sense.nnThe whole atmosphere here is great. The employees are awesome. The whole place is very convenient for my 3 and 6 year old. We come and go as we please... Check in is always quick and my kids love the place because there isnt much I can tell them not to do here. They have the freedom to roam and play on so many different things here. They always walk away tired and haven't become bored with the place in the 2+ years we have been members.nnThank you Altitude for being a wonderful part of our weekly routine!
My grandchildren love going! It really helps them to get all their energy out! The one major problem I have is that anyone can walk out anytime. Even children. On one trip, I saw an upset child alone and trying to push the exit door. He had been separated from his parents and thought they left. I wish there was some sort of security procedure in place. Like at Chuck E. Cheese, they put matching # stamps on the hands of the family members. Then the children can't go out unless they are with an adult with the same #.
I usually love this place, it is clean and gives plenty of room for adults to spread out from kids. Today we come try to order our pizza and was told by the manager that it will be up to 2 hours because foxes is behind. I called Fox's Pizza and they said that they could have the pizza here in 45 minutes and don't understand why those staff would tell us that. We were also told the manager often does this.Very little lack of effort from the staff to accommodate the people paying for food. I guess I'll give my money to foxes pizza directly and have my kids eat it outside because we were told can't bring it in.
If i could give this place no stars I would but unfortunately I have to give it one star. 🙄 So this facility is getting one star for FALSE ADVERTISING. Their site says for ANY age and ANY Family and they wouldn't let my 10 month old bounce. Not even with her mother. Probably won't being going back honestly. I don't support places that have false adversiting. I'll get my own trampoline. It'll cost less anyways 🤷🏼♀️

Tons of trampolines, and games, and things to do. They have a little concession stand thing inside, and Prices aren’t bad, I take my 7 children and my fiancé all the time and we always have a blast then go to Texas Roadhouse. Family approved❤️
