Altitude Trampoline Park at Cityview Reviews
It’s our favorite trampoline park to enjoy with my daughter and friends for many reasons:n1. It’s a clean place.n2. They have a nice staff .n3. You can feel safe because the people following the instructions and the staff always is alert.n4. Good prices for snacks and food.n5. Clean restrooms even though the place are crowded.n6. Great parties with nice staff who are helping you all the time, so you just have to enjoy the party and share with your guests.n7. They have a different activities for all ages.n8. It’s a big place and has a good lighting.nnDefinitely I recommend this place for everyone.
By far the worst trampoline park and staff/management I have ever dealt with.nnWe paid $80 for 4 kiddos to bounce for two hours (significantly overpriced as well for comparable parks). At the point of sale the girl added the kiddos under my name and flipped her screen around to have me sign. She did not offer to have me read anything and did not point out any significant highlights that I may need to know (assuming it was a pretty standard waiver for a trampoline park, no big deal). She asked if we had “safety socks” which I pulled out and showed her — they were Urban Air socks and she said okay. We paid and started bouncing. 5 minutes later a different employee approached us and told us we needed to buy their branded socks or needed to leave. I said no, unless you’re going to refund us the $80 since we just started and you don’t just get to upcharge us after the fact. They went and got another employee who reiterated the same thing and rudely stated that it’s in the waiver we signed and that no refunds are posted all over the building. I asked for the manager (Rosa) who reiterated the same thing even after being advised of the interaction at the point of purchase.nnThe fact that there were several other people in non-Altitude socks all over the place also made it so I wasn’t going to just go purchase the socks when it wasn’t handled properly at the beginning, nor was the attitude of the staff acceptable.nnRude, inflexible/rigid, threatening and demanding staff and management plus being expensive by comparison are all reasons I would advise you avoid this park specifically.nnNo one should have to deal with their rude and aggressive behavior when simply trying to enjoy family time on a Sunday afternoon.
First time here and it was awesome! Had my daughters bday party here and the host we had did great! I really wish I could remember her name! She took care of ABSOLUTELY everything!! She was very talkative with me which was a HUGE plus! I actually liked this place a whole lot better than Urban Air! This place had a great atmosphere and wasn't ran by teenagers who didn't care! I will definitely be coming back here! Shout out to Southern Balloon Emporium Godley, TX for our amazing Pokémon wall!
My daughter has a membership here & it’s a great place for her & her cheer friends to work on their tumbling. The staff is always super friendly. The restrooms are always clean & they have plenty of cold drinks & snacks. I like it!
Veronica was the best during our visit!! We had my little brothers birthday party here and she helped out with everything during our time there, she definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!! Great atmosphere, clean, fun, and definitely a great place to host a bday party for the kiddos
