Altitude Trampoline Park

We have been members of Altitude for about a year. I would love if the facility could have some improvements. Two areas of the place are not open. It consists now of a large trampoline area, “dodgeball” zone, small foam pit, and climbing structure (pictures included, though I cropped most people out). One of the areas looks to be a party area now, unfortunately. In addition over the last few months we have noticed less seats for parents/ guardians to supervise. Employees don’t really monitor attendees that break the rules, except during peak times, through they do try to help. An upside is the price for a membership. Monthly is $10 (plus startup $10 cost). An hourly jump costs more than that. I would recommend this place for kids elementary age and under. There is not enough for older kids. Bring a water bottle and snack. There are no food options. It is by far busiest on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The place gets packed with birthday parties. It is also great if you can come during the weekday with little ones.

Because of some comments, I was hesitant to go, but I decided to give it a shot. The place is adequate; it is a little small but good for kids. We purchased a ticket for $12 from groupon, and the employee gave us an extra half hour for free.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They cut me a break on one of my kiddos which was great because I have 5. I only did a review because of how great they were. Thank you! I didn't catch their names but daytime opening staff on Sept 18, 2023.

This is a great place for kids of all ages. My 3 and 1 year old were able to navigate around the bigger children. Everyone was respectful and nice.

They need to improve honesty and security of their systems. When I canceled the membership (as mentioned in their site - cancel anytime), they said 2 months extra will be charged, and I was okay with that too. But they kept charging for next 6 months. They gave a cool reply, ours show canceled but someone has registered in our name even after cancelation, so we are charged on our credit card . Then after questioned, they agreed to return last 3 months charges on my credit card over a couple of days (out of 6 that were charged without any service). They return for just 1 month. No honesty no security, business can't survive.
