HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place . We celebrated our daughters birthday party here. The staff was very accommodating and even though we went a little over than the scheduled time they helped us with a smile and I’m definitely coming again for parties. Thank you so much guys and I loved the customer service. They had tables set properly and they changed table covers based on what we need . I have nothing but good experience and location. The play area was very neat compare to other altitude locations and they have a VR game setup and a under 4 year old play area inside which was fun. Thanks again for making our daughter birthday party special . And outside food is allowed , so a bonus. Overall, we and all the guests were highly satisfied.

We went to this location to celebrate a birthday and everyone had so much fun! The environment was clean and everything was in great condition. It was not overcrowded and easy to keep an eye on the kids. Management was very kind and friendly, front desk staff very friendly also. Checking in was easy, just provided names of jumpers (since waiver was completed in advance). We will be back!

We’ve been members for a while, and love the fact that my 3 year old can run all of his energy out. He got scared in the play place today so I went in to help him, and then I was scared at the safety of the play place.nnThere is a sign that says no one over 48 inches, but that isn’t enforced or watched at all. I already know there is no staff monitoring or enforcing rules, the trade off for $10/month I guess, but this is dangerous and unacceptable. There are also zip ties with sharp edges all over the play place.nnSomeone is going to get seriously hurt if they don’t start maintaining their equipment better and putting actual $ into the fixes instead of this.nnSigning a waiver does not mean you don’t have to provide a safe space for the kids to play on.

Great place for family fun. It’s was only $87 for our family of 6 to jump for 2hrs and socks. It isn’t as big as I was expecting but great for the price. The staff is all super young so customer service isn’t the best but they are polite. It’s good to see them all working.

Brought the kids on a rainy Sunday. When we arrived we had to take our own metal chairs off of the top of the tables we wanted to use (as were the other customers) because nobody had done or was doing that. When we left 90 mins later there were still chairs on some tables. The bathrooms were filthy, the feminine hygiene trashes in the stalls were literally overflowing, toilet paper all over the ground in every stall, food trash everywhere. 1/3 of the park was “closed for cleaning” but no cleaning was taking place. This included the rock wall and foam pit. Only the main court, 2 out of 3 basketball lanes and dodgeball were open for play. The first full hour we were there there were 0 monitors on the entire bouncing floor. At 12 a single bored looking employee with an air pod in appeared and walked around every once in a while. The rest of the teenaged employees stood behind the check in/food counter talking amongst themselves or on their phones. On a busy Sunday that seems unacceptable and dangerous. When approached to ask if the foam pit/rock wall would be opening at all today we were told no. When asked when it would be open they said they had no idea and it could be “a couple of weeks”?! Most parents around me that were discussing it felt the same way, we should not have been paying full price for this experience. I would highly recommend another location, this one is ran extremely poorly, honestly doesn’t seem to be “run” at all.
