Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
Great entertainment for children and young adults as well. Went here for a child's birthday party. There are several different activities available here other than just trampolines. There are a lot of rules in place and plenty of employees stationed at the activities to ensure safety. The employees also do a good job at ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. But like everything else, it is a rather pricey business.
Me and my toddler love this place! He’s four now, we’ve been going for a couple hours. It is costly but if you have an membership that’ll definitely save you! We love it tho :)
The kids did have fun, but this place is over run with so many rules, and a few of the workers have a huge attitude at the altitude. The climbing walls are only allowed 3 climbs and then better not come back for at least 15 minutes even if the place is basically empty.nGood thing we do jot live here because it would be a shame to live here and have no desire to return. Friends in the area did warn us but kids wanted to go.
I absolutely love this place!! I have been going to this exact location when it first opened. The prices were a little bit high but the Altitude membership saves you a lot of money. It may be $30 a month but that gives you jump access for 2 hours and it also gives you access to get into their Friday Night program, Friday night Frenzy and their Saturday night program Teen Night. Overall the membership is extremely worth it and effective to the cost of jumping. The staff there is very friendly and helpful and they are very useful.
My kid always has a great time. But they lost his cupcakes for his birthday party while they did try to make amends by offering snow cones and more free jump passes! That does not repair the emotions my son had of not getting his sonic cupcakes! I asked the party host when we arrived where were my sons cupcakes and she stated they wait until the party is ready to bring them out but I noticed all other parties had already had cupcakes and cakes out as they entered. I knew from that moment something was off. But to the person who took my sons cupcakes that he’d been expecting for months, you’re disgusting. You comfortably ate a 5 year olds birthday cupcakes knowing they were not yours! All in all my son had a good time but we will not be returning or having any more parties through this company! First time was definitely a last time! Maybe have guests fill out a form to confirm which items belong to them and have your employees trained on handling parties in an organized fashion.
