Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
My experience at Altitude was horrendous. Despite arriving early for our 2:30 reservation, there was confusion, no table, and disorganization. We weren't seated until 3:10 pm, and the staff's response to our concerns, especially from the cashier, was extremely rude. Chris, however, tried to salvage the situation. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to change my 1-star rating. I won't be returning to Altitude and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.nnPics are of the disorganized tables where we were to be seated. We weren’t even seated there.

Paid for a birthday party we last min had some people who could not make it. I asked if since we paid for them anyways could we not just get 1hr vouchers. My answer was sorry we don't do that. It was paid for so what are you greedy people really loosing except we will never have another party here. I would rather pay more and have better service. You truly do get what you pay for with this place. Our party host was never around, my husband found him cleaning the bathroom at one point. When he did come up to serve our pizza he dropped almost the whole pizza on the floor. Half the stuff was closed and roped off. I will never book another party here.
It's definitely a fun place for kids but what about safety and cleanliness? No safety as far as who kids can leave with... like other establishments where hands are stamped to match. Floors are dirty everywhere. Needs vacuumed, swept and mopped. Bathroom was very dirty. Staff is friendly. Just needs better management to make sure it stays clean.
We go during their toddler time which is really fun and exciting because it allows the little ones to run around, jump and climb without being pushed bombarded or knocked over by the big kids. So many of the littles have a blast jumping on the trampolines and into the foam pits and it’s a pretty safe and secure environment. To be clear, WE ONLY GO DURING TODDLER TIME! There’s no way we would go at any other time because the older kids are rough and don’t watch out for the smaller kids. I think the facilities could use a huge cleaning on the entrance floors and the sofas but it’s not that big of a deal because we don’t spend that much time in there. The staff is young and some are friendly and some aren’t but I don’t expect much from teens/young adults and because we don’t interact with them much I don’t pay it any mind.
