Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
This location might not be the most well-maintained space but it is safe and management is doing the best they can with what they have. My kids all love it and enjoy our weekly visits.
I’m not one to harsh on businesses, but this place is just really not great for kids older than 7. The trampolines are these really tight mats that have very little bounce, and actually hurt a little when you hit them. The rock climbing area has had half of the rocks removed, so you can only climb about 5 feet up, as opposed to the original 10 feet. The super trampoline (which was one of our main reasons for coming) has been taken out and replaced with the same uncomfortable mats that make up the rest of the place. The wipeout machine was also removed, and there is just a small room with a few trampolines that can’t really be used for anything in its place. The foam pit is disintegrating, so every time you jump into it, you choke on little pieces, not to mention it smells pretty bad. My brother was really hyped up to go here, but it was just a disappointment. He’s 13, and does some pretty extreme flips and tricks, and this place is clearly made for younger kids, but I would still recommend SkyZone or Urban Air for all ages. Hope this helps.
This place use to be nice, now it's a horror show. I witnessed a employee talking harshly to a child without parents knowing, my child needed a straw for a icee and the employee refused to give him one. I told the employee he's a child and don't ignore him. Without people being entertained this place would have no business no business means No jobs. So be nice to people that pay you. New management is awesome I'm sure they will straighten things out.
We are season pass holders. It is a decent venue closer to our neighborhood. I would really be happy if they vacuumed the main walk ways or cleaned the lint off of the main areas. That is the major downside. A little up keep goes a long way.
Not as good as I expected but you get what you pay for. My 11 year old was bored within 30 minutes. My 13 year old with Autism however very much enjoyed it. I myself was not impressed. They do however have a 2 hour pass for about $22 plus $3 for the socks. Place was very busy for a Sunday so it was hard for kids to really have room to bounce. Probably will not come here again.
