Went for my niece's birthday and everything was great. Nice sized party room, only downfall is it was REALLY hot in the party room. The kids had a great time.
We booked an event here for a team bonding. Christopher made the process very smooth and cost effective. He even suggested a night that wasn’t going to be as crowded so the team could enjoy the trampoline park. When we arrived the tables, pizza and drinks were prepared. Mason and Noah worked that night and was vet attentive to my team, their parents and our needs. We jumped around and had the best dodge ball game where we pulled the in to officiate lol. This was a great experience overall. Would make this a yearly event.
My daughter is 3 and it's her favorite place... She asks to go every single day🤣 It's very basic, but absolutely perfect for small children, and you really cannot beat $10 per month!! Everyone working there is very nice as well.nOnly negative is the staff could make much better use of their time by keeping the place clean and hygienic rather than just standing around or playing. I understand they're young, but it's a job and management needs to step up on that big time.
We had such a great experience for my son's 4th birthday. Avin was a great party host; attentive, proactive & so helpful the entire time. We will definitely be back!

Fun for a day out of the heat with the kids. It was pretty clean too. However, the virtual jumping screens as well as a lot of the claw machines and video games were out of order. Either they were off, or they were on and I would tap my game card and it would deduct credits, but then the game would reset and never let my kid play. Also, you need to expand the arcade area and put more games. Lastly, I was checking it out to see if I wanted to have my kid's birthday party and the bathrooms were HOT and the party rooms were empty and HOT. So I will be looking elsewhere, lots of potential if you can get those things right!
