Great arcade games but the credit prices are a little ridiculous. Thank goodness for the “prize guaranteed” games. The trampoline park isn’t enormous but it has plenty of jumping area and different activities. Nothing aerial and no ninja courses but great place for kids to get their zoomies out.
I went in Saturday night and Ashley assisted me. It was my very 1st time here and she made my experience a great one!!! She was very polite to the rude kids in front of me and super sweet to me and my little niece. My niece had the best time ever and keeps asking to go back. The place was very clean and well kept.
Definitely do not go on the weekend if you have little children. The larger older kids do not care who they run over or knock down or in the case of my granddaughter give a bruise on her face. I complained to the girl behind the desk that seems to want to stay on her cell phone all day and she told me there was a guy that was supposed to be watching over things on the bounce floor and I found him sitting in the middle playing on his phone. They don't have to worry about me coming back. Management needs to get a grip on what's going on in this place. The guy in the blue shirt is the one who's supposed to be watching over things and making sure that people can remain fairly safe. From what I understand the police were called to this place 10 minutes after we left due to a fight breaking out! Wow!
This was a neat place for kids to have fun! Only complaint is it is more on the smaller side, so I would say it's more for smaller childern to just have fun and go crazy lol. Can adults play too, yes, but not much room really to run and chase/ play with your childern haha. And not too many seating up where the play is at, so most parents were standing. But it is still a decent place to go. Staff was Extremely Helpful and nice!
