Altitude Trampoline Park

We have had a previous birthday party in the past and had issues with that but the kids love coming here. We decided to try again since this is what the birthday kid wanted and what a joke. You can’t bring any food or drinks from outside. Which that’s a joke because they don’t list it on the website but will let you know once you take a table and set up. They will not rent you any of the rooms the day of even with hardly anyone there because you need a “host” and they require a day notice. The staff and the manager were incredibly rude. We had a child with diabetes and they made it incredibly hard to accommodate him. We brought a cake in and had it sitting on the table, not even opened, and the manager was triggered by it sitting there and kept coming up to us about moving the cake to the back or taking it back to the car. Which in the end the female manager finally just let the cake sit on the table until our time was up. We ended our fun birthday party here in the parking lot eating pizza and cake out of the bed of a truck. The staff needs some better training on how to handle situations because the only response we kept getting was “it’s the policy”. Don’t waste your time coming here even for a birthday party. The first time we came our pizza was an hour late and they didn’t even make that right. There are better options around to entertain your kids or have a party.

The concept, price for the membership, location, even parking are all great.nThe staff are rude, and need to be trained better. I want to give 5 stars because it’s fun for the kids and only with a membership isn’t expensive, but the GM was at the store yesterday when I was there and they were still disorganized, rude, and unhelpful. I asked for a manager at one point and no one ever came out.

This place started strong when they opened but has gone downhill very quickly. Prices have gone up significantly and main activities tend to be closed most of the time. Rope course always closed and dodge ball as well every now and then. Place is run by teenagers with no management around.also noticed the a/c has been very hot lately. Will be canceling my membership soon unless they step it up.

Kissimmee Location: Many of the reviews had me scared to go ... DON'T LET THEM! We went on a Sunday Morning for a family fun time. Got right in, reduced price Sunday mornings. Not crowded at all. Plenty of seating available. Kids and adults both had so much fun jumping, climbing and running. Different areas to explore. Very clean and so were the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and present. I did not see them on cellphones while in jumping area.nOnly negative we had is we were just celebrating a toddler birthday as a family and was not allowed to bring in a cake for general area. If party room was rented we could. Oh well, it was nice day and we ate in a grassy area in back parking lot.nWe would return on an off peak time again.
