Understaffed, like most places these days, small and not very clean. If you're looking to enjoy a jump park, arcade and the mall, then it's ok but very overpriced for what you get. I've been to several others and enjoyed them much more!
Had my daughters 3rd birthday here and since then only came back 2 times, each time the employees were so strict and watching every move you and your child take like a hawk (even when you’re the only people in the whole building) it was barely fun for my almost 5 year old and I would rather take my daughter to fun city any day!

Great place very clean and a great bargin with 2 for 1 coupon. Best for kids 4+ and under 12 as it is smaller than the now closed launch. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend an afternoon of fun. Good prices on video games $1/play.
