Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
Horrible people working here. The manager on duty screamed her head off like a lunatic at our kids. We were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. When we finally got fed up with it and demanded better treatment (since we already paid) she started screaming at us too. Her side kick also started to berate us and talk to us like they were ready to get into a street fight. Super weird energy and behavior at this place. They hid in the office the remainder of our 2 hours there and refused to do their job the rest of the night and left the floor unsupervised for those 2 hours at least. They justified their screaming at the kids for safety issues but then abandoned their supposed passion for safety by hiding in the office the rest of the night. They refused to give their names or address the problem with us so we don’t have any idea what their issue was. The kids weren’t doing anything unusual just being kids at a trampoline park. If the employees hate kids or hate their jobs or hate themselves that much, that shouldn’t be anyone’s problem but theirs. Why do they work there? Don’t take out your issues on children. At one point she screamed at them for jumping? It was wild and felt abusive. If she and her sidekick hadn’t hid in the office we definitely would’ve just left but we decided to use the time we paid for since they weren’t around anymore to terrorize the kids. Saw other reviews after the fact. Apparently they’re known to be awful with children. Franklin location is much better in every way. Won’t come here again.
I just want to say this is probably the BEST trampoline park i have ever taken my active 4 year old to!! We went during the jumping session for the little ones, and the manager? Awesome woman! She gave me a little tour of where everything was, asked if i wanted to buy water on the spot (trust me, you’ll need it) told me where all of the entrances to the trampoline are, and was just so sweet to my son. Jumping was great! We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves and played a few games after. When we went to go cash out his tickets, the man behind the counter was very helpful, polite, smiled and acknowledged my son and I. He was interacting with my son to help him pick out a toy (chomping teeth and a Dino that the said chomping teeth ate lol), and he also took the time to show him how to wind it and play with it. I’m sorry i didn’t even get everyone’s names but i absolutely had a great experience as Altitude and is seriously considering hosting his 5th birthday here!
Is a great place to spend time with your kids 😇
Clean, well maintained, and fun, with a toddler area for kids 5 and under to jump. Arcade games too, though you pay for those separately and the cost can add up quickly (there is a combo pack for jump and arcade that you probably save $, will try that next time).
Very disappointed on a Saturday night games went down in the middle of kids playing , they said they were fixed games still not working , no one at concession stand had to wait in line with incoming jumpers to get a drink we waited fifteen minutes then left with four little ones excited for games and slush drinks would have found another place to spend the 120 dollars
