Altitude Trampoline Park

Very rude man (manager?) made me so mad I don't know that I'll return, although we come here often for toddler time. I called about a month ago to inquire about having my two year old's birthday party here. Her friends are also 1-2 years old so I wanted to come during toddler time on a Monday morning. There would be a few older toddlers as well, but all under age 5. I was told NOT to book a party because half the kids would be free anyway. Then I asked if I could still buy the pizza from them, as I thought they had some rule about outside food. I was told NO- I could not purchase pizza from them since I was not booking a party. They said I had to bring my own food. (They did not mention any kind of fee.) So I just show up and that's it? Yes, they said. So that's what I did. I showed up at 10 am on a Monday morning with my toddlers and this rude man (manager?) is telling me no outside food and beverages allowed, and I explained that I called previously and what I was told. He clearly did not believe me, although the person I spoke with on the phone claimed to be a manager. I was about to cry, worried he was about to kick us out and my daughter's party would be ruined. He ended up having me pay a $50 fee for bringing in food plus $25 for a table. Honestly, it's not even about the money because *I tried to call and book a party in the first place*. It's about how I was treated and accused of being a liar. Also, I have to point out that the play group next to us (the only other people there at 10 am on Monday) had a cooler and were shelling their peanuts onto to ground making a huge mess, but they did not get harassed or charged a $75 fee. Just saying... All that said, the kids did a have a great time as they always do. Thankfully the unpleasant man left so I didn't have to deal with him again.

These guys do a pretty decent job of facilitating kids parties, I've hustled kids to a few parties here (every parent's favorite weekend sport) and the staff is always pretty friendly. The place is clean, bathrooms are tidy, and it's DEFINITELY a hit with the kids. Splurge and get yourself some Altitude brand socks, they're kind of clutch tbh. Excellent grips on the bottom. Not even mad at the $3. 👍🏻

Kids of all ages can be seen and heard enjoying the park. Brought a 13, 11 and 10yr old here for the first time after years of going to other tramp parks in DFW and it was obvious the kids preferred this one! Lots of space, areas for different age groups, staff was attentive to the kids and ensure everyone's safety. Super clean, good music and plenty of seating for parents/guardians. Drinks and snacks available for purchase to keep them hydrated as well.

Worst Experience ever. .OMG We will never ever recommend or enter to this place again.. My family and kids, Planned to spend the Sunday afternoon to evening for Fun, We were treated so badly by the actual manager on Duty.. it was unbearable and disrespectful, Really Really bad and disrespectful Manager..nWe tried our best to communicate and resolve and diffuse the situation with the actual manager, which was trying to escalate at her level best and abusing her Authority , having kids bottle waters and drinks issue. We were harassed and force to leave the building, as we were following her orders to take the drinks outside the play area, which was not communicated by the staff at the time of payment.. I wish some one takes notice to this complaint .. it was horrible experience..nby the way there was not napkins or paper towels in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful time and everyone enjoyed themselves! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful!! I brought 10 kids to celebrate my daughters birthday and they all had a blast!! This location was very clean and welcoming! Even smiled good!! 😁 I suggest everyone come to this location! Grapevine, Tx
