Great indoor trampoline and adventure facility. Came for a neighborhood birthday party and was impressed with the friendly staff, clean surroundings, diversity of activities and overall fun had.nnFeaturing an expansive selection of trampoline based actives from foam pits to dodgeball, the main court to basketball as well as a maze and rock wall.nnWell managed and supervised by friendly staff.nnWhile the food options are somewhat limited- they have a good selection of snacks and drinks.nnWith various packages available you can play for 90, 120, or 180 minutes starting at $15.99 for 6 and under or $18.99 for open jump (as of September 2023). They have membership options and also host all inclusive events such as birthday parties and get togethers.nnSmall selection of video games.nnAmple seating and dedicated party rooms are available with a party booking.nnHandicap parking and accessible building. Changing tables in the family restroom.nnDefinitely on our list of places to visit again.

First to start off at the beginning of summer, I purchased a membership for my toddler, which I think is a really great deal. They had just added the new playground with ball pit, which definitely made it worth the value, but I have watched closely over the summer and the last few months to see if they would keep up with it the cleanliness of the playscape, but they have not. Every single time I go I’m hoping I see it’s been cleaned. I’m not asking for it to be perfect. I understand that children running around make a lot of mess but I have spoken to the manager about on the phone once and then in person and he acted like he was going to get it taken care of and cleaned but I’ve recently gone again and seen that they’ve done absolutely nothing! There is a piece of gum stuck to one of the slides that would need some goo gone or something to remove but They’ve left it for over three months and it’s disgusting and I dont feel right about continuing on paying for a membership. If I don’t even feel comfortable enough bringing my toddler to play! Every few days most surfaces should be being wiped off with a disinfectant cleaner in corners as well. It’s a breeding ground for hand, foot mouth and bacteria, etc. there is dust and hair and food in the cracks and corners of the steps to get up into the place scape not to mention harder to reach areas are disgusting as well. I don’t know what else to do except for review this here and then blast them on social media because they don’t seem to care when you talk to the manager about any of it, nothing ever gets cleaned up? I’ve been asking for over three months now, at this point, I’m going to cancel my membership and ask for a refund for the previous month. Not only that but there are exposed trampoline springs where the protective mats and trampolines have not been tied together, as they are supposed to be for safety sake all it takes is one persons foot being pointed as they jump to slip in and get twisted or broken. There’s parts where there are exposed metal pieces with no safety coverings! This place is just not being kept up or tidied at the end of the day. No one’s taking pride in this business, I don’t know who owns it, but they’re not doing a very good job of maintaining it. At one point during the summer one of the trampolines had an entire hole in it, which is extremely dangerous and is a lawsuit waiting to happen because that is negligence that is not considered. User fault. It was not blocked off. It was not taped up . It was just left like that for a month. It is fixed now and the manager told me that’s because over the summer things are really busy and hard to get repaired and they have to custom order trampolines in order to get it repaired. However again it should’ve been taped off her blocked off so that no one can stick their foot into it Accidentally.

Big trampoline park. Clean facilities. This was our very first time at this trampoline park and I purchased our tickets ahead of time online. Trying to check in up front a woman jumped ahead of us in line and the employee helped her before us. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE I NEEDED TO PURCHASE GRIP SOCKS!! I saw no option for that on the website while buying the tickets. I had no idea until after about 15 minutes of my kids playing my daughter came to me crying saying some man told her she couldn’t play on the trampolines because of her socks (she just had regular socks on). No employee came up to me to explain instead they told my 6 year old who came crying to me. Not a good way to handle the situation! So we purchased some socks (about 4 dollars per pair) Also the guy (a teenager) working there closed off the section where the foam pit and trapeze bar was. My son only got to try it once. I thought maybe he was going on a break but he was just walking around the jumping area. Definitely not a good first time experience here and for these reasons we will not return.

Kids had fun at the Altitude Trampoline Park in Katy. I do like that there's a spot for smaller kids where they can have fun! A sitting or standing spot is avaliable so you can always keep an eye on your kids. The older kids enjoyed bouncing and the smaller activities like basketball and jousting. Can't comment on the food or drinks since we didn't purchase any. They have several picnic like benches with a large storage container for your shoes. We went around 1:30 pm and it was getting crowded especially when 3 pm rolled around. We had a small issue with people trying to take over our table when we participated in the activities, so you may want someone manning the table so no one takes it or your belongings. I can see this being great for bday parties or going when they are less busy. We might try early morning the next time... go when they first open up.

My kids (3.5 and 5) went for a birthday this weekend and had a blast! The place is massive with lots of different areas to play… pretty sure we could have spent an entire day there without getting bored. We’ll definitely be back over the holiday week.
