If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is FILTHY and everything in there is broken. It looks like it has never been cleaned and zero maintenance. The bathrooms are gross, the floors are disgusting, and the chairs look horrible. There are exposed polls, staples, and screws…an accident waiting to happen. I’m shocked this place is still open. Definitely not worth the money and I will never go back.
Huge waste of money. Most attractions weren’t open, no go carts, rockwall, large portions of the trampoline area either blocked off or had tarp on it. My daughter said she didn’t feel safe jumping on the trampoline. The foam block pit had so many deteriorating pieces that my daughter got bits in her eye. I was in town visiting family, definitely won’t go back.
If I could give a negative star I would! It was too expensive for half the places being closed down. My daughter wanted to jump for her birthday and this was the only place. Not worth the price no coupons no military discount young kids not doing anything
Honestly I don't even want to give 1 star. This place is a joke. Prices have went up and service down. Paid for everything and no one working area's. By time they come you waiting for 20 minutes. Then they act like it's a problem they had to come work it. I'm so disappointed and will NEVER come back. We will drive to Jackson if we have to from now on.
