Adventure Cenla Reviews
We love Air U. It’s a great time whether you are 5 or 55. It’s a safe and family friendly place where you’re kids can run 🏃♂️ free and be happy 😃. If you’re wanting to have a birthday party 🥳 I couldn’t suggest a better place. Air U will definitely not disappoint!
It was a nice clean safe environment to play in. I had a blast there. They offered a mom spot for mother's with infants, a Huge playground, and lots of trampolines. I would really recommend going there cause it cost like 70$ for a family of 6 to play for 1 hour
We went there for a birthday party. The staff was non existent. The party person was horrible at getting us waivers, socks and wrist bands. No direction from his part. The other staff who were supposed to be watching the areas were not. Kids crying in the toddler crawl area. Kids going both ways on the obstacle course. Kids knocking into each other all over. I understand it’s a child’s place but this was horrible. Birthday room was very small. Party attendant was not helpful I accidentally didn’t complete the back of the waiver and he came back around at the end of the party. Everyone had to ask for wrist bands and socks from him.
The reason for my low score is the staff. I was here recently for a birthday party. Seems if you do a party waiver after the party its no good. Why?. Seems you need to upgrade how you track people. Dont ask for a butter knife ti cut a cake because you will be charged for a plastic knife. One staff member will tell you this and another says the complete opposite, please get on the same page.
“Staff” (3 people total)in reflective vast confronted one of my sons about “vulgarity”. He doesn’t do stuff like that. I intervened within seconds. It appears when “management” sends staff out to confront a child, it’s done by bully tactics. Fortunately, I am former law enforcement and former military. I told all three of them that they need to rethink their procedures. They should be going to the parent not the child. The employee that spearheaded this action said “I’ll alert my manager”. We waited 10 mins, nothing happened. Then our time was cut short by 15 mins. I won’t be back and I recommend finding somewhere else.
