Adventure Air Sports – Rock Hill

I planned my sons 5th birthday party at Adventure Air and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was so helpful and made it so easy with set up and cleanup. We had a party coordinator who made sure we had everything we needed. The team went above and beyond and the kids didn’t want to leave. I’d definitely have another party at this venue!

Almost no people there during the weekday, which was nice. When I asked for the homeschool rate for an hour she couldn't find it so she tried to overcharge me. When I asked why it was so high she lowered it but still not down to what it should have been she said she could only find the 1.5 hour rate, not the 1 hour rate but she had given my kids the 1 hour wristbands. I had her give me the 1.5 hour wristbands...why would I pay for 1.5 hours but accept 1 hour wristbands. Then one of their workers refused to open a second, lower slide for smaller children, claiming it wasn't working...this same worker wanted to harass my kids because they had on Sky Zone socks instead of Air Adventure socks which has never been a issue previously. For what it cost to go here the customer service is horrible. Another worker walked away from one of their attractions when my kids came into the area as if he didn't want to be bothered with kids but instead wanted to be able to just sit there and do nothing. Everybody wants money for doing nothing these days. Half the attractions are closed and they have an attitude when you ask them to open them. They told my kids they couldn't sit on the edge of the trampolines but there was a teen/young adult in there sleeping on a couch with a blanket on...

Had a good experience…. Booked the 8:30-10:00 and it wasn’t crazy full. Only complaint is it was pretty dark which made it hard to see sometimes. Should have had neon tshirts cuz it seemed like the only lights that were on were the ones they’d use for glow night.

I took my son, 2years old, and niece, 4years old, to Adventure Air Sports in Rock Hill last Friday and they had a blast. Very much so they cried bc they didn’t want to leave. Because of our experience and the friendly staff, I booked my son’s 3rd birthday party at this location. We can’t wait to jump again.

Fun place but had a problem with a vending machine twice. Asked employee about it over charging me and the manager gave the employee a business card. I had to ask to see the mgr. She finally came out and said it always happens and it should correct itself. If it doesn't call us. It she knew about this machine doing this, she should have come out and told me this herself.nBy the way, put a sign on the vending machine.
