I had my sons 7th birthday party here and it was fantastic every step of the way. Booking was easy, they laid out every detail of the different party packages you can choose, the staff was communicative and called a few days in advance to go over the party details, everything about the party went smoothly and everyone had a great time!!!! I would highly recommend.

Had my sons 10th birthday there the other day and wanted to make sure I posted a review because I was blown away by how amazing it went. Parties are super affordable, lots included in the different packages, and you get amazing staff who help you with everything! The place is family run and I felt like I was treated like family hosting my sons party. All of the kids enjoyed themselves and my son got his dream of having a birthday party at the trampoline park. Because of Cheryl (absolutely lovely lady who was our party host) I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I can’t thank them enough for the incredible experience and it will certainly be a memory we won’t forget!

If I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! My boyfriend and his daughter went there on Saturday. I bought them a Groupon. They got there and encountered the rudest most psychotic woman. She is the dark hair woman in the picture. She told them she doesn’t have a scanner for the Groupon. Mind you Groupon allows you to send a Groupon as a gift which I sent them in an email from Groupon. It has every code and number you could need. He calls me and I’m on the phone listening to this whole thing so I can help. He doesn’t know how it works and it asking her what do they need to do because this is what he has. She says she doesn’t know but she can’t do it. He says how can you tell me you can’t take this email but you don’t know what I need to do to make it work? You work here. She get an attitude and says you need the app. He doesn’t have the app. It was a gift. She says do you see how busy it is in here I don’t have time for this. You work here lady! How do you not have time? When he tells her that she doesn’t need to get an attitude with him she loses her mind. She says he’s bully her, mocks him, mocks his daughter, calls him a monster. Starts walking away flailing her arms in the air yelling. “Bye! Bye!! Leave!” Literally a crazy person. I’m telling him to stop engaging and ask for a manager. He ask to speak to the manager. While he’s waiting she continues to antagonize him by saying “go ahead say what you want to the manager” and tells his daughter “your dad is being rude right?” He tells her don’t speak to my daughter. A man comes over who is not the manager but the owner Chuck. Who had nothing to say but that she said he was rude first and doesn’t offer any way to fix the situation. My boyfriend says I can’t believe you have customer service like this to him and he says nothing. He ask her for her name and this is the best part. She says her name is “pooty tang” I couldn’t believe it! What grown woman at her job mocks the customer and acts worse then a child?! I was appalled and he said he would never give them any business. I got a credit for the Groupon. However the day was ruined by an absolute Karen. Her behavior was appalling, the owners lack of care for the customer was even worse. For a grown woman to do this in front of a child is even worse! Never go there never give them your business. This is how they treat their customers. This place is a disgrace! That woman should be fired!

If you ever went to “Rock N Jump” this is the new and improved version. I took two middle school boys who were able to exhaust themselves with a 90 min jump session. It’s very clean, all equipment was well-maintained, and lots of different activity zones. Supervision was well-done and no nonsense tolerated. Dodge ball, basketball, and jousting balance beam were hits. New family owners who are so happy to see kids enjoying themselves and this shows in every aspect of this facility. The boys wished there were a few more ninja courses and some that are not quite as challenging. Otherwise an excellent place to spend time with your kids. We will be back.

my new favorite place. my 3 year old loves trampoline parks & i usually pay $35+ each time we go for the both of us. this place offers a MEMBERSHIP for $30 per person & i think its beyond worth it, pays for itself even if you go twice a month. super clean with awesome staff!
