We had our daughters party there 12/09/23. The best experience ever. The staff is super friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. The way they interact with the children is beautiful. I recommend Active Kidz to anyone looking for an open play area or a place to host your child’s party.

I celebrated my son's 5th birthday at Active Kidz. They were open on black friday and I was able to have a 10:30am start time for a 2 hour party. The staff in charge of my son's group was phenomenal. They were attentive and involved with the kids. Even watching out for the little one's in the maze and ninja course. They were kind and so helpful when we shifted to the party room for pizza and cake. They were quick in feeding the little ones and making sure they had water or juice.nEvery parent in attendance was amazed at how on top of it the staff was for our party.nWhen the kids left the play space, they made a line to put hand sanitizer before they got to our party room. The pizza was delicious. I had ordered wraps for the parents and everyone loved the Cesar salad wrap (it was from the pizza place since their usual sandwich place was closed).nThe party planners confirmed all the details the week of the party and were very thorough in the specifics and answered all my questions with professionalism.nYes, the arcade game section are a little dated, but you really go there for the maze, ninja course or bounce play space, and other fun zones.

A very poor place. A few old arcade games, some with broken glasses. They are all about making money, as much as they can squeeze from you: we had a party for our daughter, for which they normally include 3 pizzas. But as we only has 8 kids coming, they did not want to give a 3rd pizza. They told us that they won't do it because adults would eat it - there is additional food that you have to order if you want adults to eat. But of course we paid the full charge of almost $700.nnThey were rushing us through everything. Kids were asking for more pizza and while they were hauling it out (with one of the two pizzas being still full). We had to stop them and point it out. We were all done in 1h20min. We booked this place as our daughter wanted to play their Lazer Frenzy, they pretended to forget about it and we didn't do het to do it, they said it is not included. Naturally, with everything we didn't have time to check the fineprint then and there, but then when we re-checked the package carefully after the party, the Laser Frenzy was actually included. They probably didn't want to turn on the lights and systems for the Lazer Frenzy, so they save more money? And make more money off us? The kids were very disappointed.nnThey even had the audacity to give you a little envelope for tips for the staff (three people). And what did they do other than serve the food and hurry us at every step? We had to receive the kids and take them to the back when they said they'll do that; when the kids finished the water and were very thirsty, it took us to insist a couple of times for them to refill the pitcher (they did it only after we attempted to walk to an adjacent room which was empty but still had a pitcher of water- they immediately were on us as to why we are going there, we had already finished with that play room).nnAll other places we booked for kids' birthday parties in other years were.much better, friendlier, and accommodating (including as length of time) for the same price or even less.nnLook at other 1 star reviews about birthday parties - not those 4 star older reviews of people who went by for a one time play. STAY AWAY from this place, or you and your kid will regret it. For this.mony, you get little to nothing.

My son just had his 4th birthday there and while the staff are friendly the actual place was not clean or organized. The bouncers had a thick layer of visible dust, the arcade games if they worked looked as though they haven’t been cleaned in years. The party room they held out party in was extremely too small when on their site they show larger rooms. The bounce room had no space between them to really walk which I thought really seemed like a safety issue if everyone had to get out quickly. The equipment is not sanitized between each party as our group was going in the party before us we’re exiting. It really was not worth the money as it’s more expensive than other places.

Great place to bring kids to expend some energy while having fun. Better suited for kids 3&up but my 2 year old still had a blast as long as she has an older cousin watching over her in the huge jungle gym. $20 of free play allows you to roam between the gym and inflatable castle for pretty much as long as you'd like.
