We had our son's birthday party here and I was presently surprised! The area was nice and the kids had so much fun. I even got in and jumped for a while!
Celebrated my nephew 6th birthday on 9.30.2017. It was super awesome. Our host Brittany was super terrific, very professional and fun. The food was great...the wings(lemon pepper) was off the chain. The bathroom was clean and smelt good. Mad respect to the owner Tanya....keep up the good work. Awesome staff....all the kids, parents and guest gave 5 stars....... . See you all next year
I was very disappointed. No customer service here. I had a birthday for my 10 year son he enjoyed it but I unhappy with the staff and owner. She was trying to help unfortunately she didn't know what she was doing. That didn't have the proper items for the facility and blamed it on manufacturer. Party was not set up like the other room but my guest had to assist in give the boys plates to eat pizza. Food was horrible. I will not go back ever. I try to support local businesses this was a epic fail.nSincerely,nA upset Mom

Fun for the kids. I like how they show a safety video about the trampolines. They do however need more staffing because a couple of the areas were not available to use. They should also have someone at the exit door to ensure kids do not leave unattended.
I went here for my child's 5th birthday and was extremely disappointed. There is no one to assist you at the counter when you would like to take care of anything. It did not matter if it was a food request, adding a child to my party, or even just to ask a question; no one could assist you.nWent into the party room 20 mins past the time and the pizza was cold for the kids. Once in the room all my guest were extremely hot. The party host was actually very pleasant and helpful. After the gifts were open they were not escorted to my car, but left in a backroom. Once I paid and went to my car I discovered the gifts were not there and had to wait another 20 mins for someone to acknowledge me and bring me my gifts. No one helped me take them to the car either. My son and I will not be returning.
