First time coming to this place and my daughter absolutely loved it! She loves bouncy houses and the little mechanic rides so this place was perfect! The staff were absolutely wonderful and polite as well! Will be bringing my daughter back!
We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here. Booking the party was incredibly easy. We stopped by the facility to play and do a quick tour before booking and the team was incredibly accommodating - sharing all of the details about parties and the facility. We were really impressed by their passion for the play factory and the vision for the continued future.nnThe day of the party we had some decorations but they were really just accents to the beautiful job the team had done to decorate the party room. They had helpful items on hand to help us hang some things and blow up balloons. Jessica, the manager also happens to be a wonderful baker and created our son a beautiful last minute cake after I found a cake topper that needed a cake (not a cupcake).nnI would highly recommend this play factory for a day of play and definitely a birthday party.
Been here twice - once for another child's birthday party and once for my daughter's birthday. The layout is really nice with the whole place being an open design with different areas of interest. When scheduling and having my daughter's birthday, they went above and beyond to coordinate the theme and decorations themselves. All we had to do was show up! I highly recommend, and they are super nice and accommodating.
Hi. I would like to take this opportunity to express how wonderful Jessica and her crew is. They greet you with a smile always!!!!! I care for two children 4 & 5 years old. Never a day goes by that they want to go to the “Bouncy House”. What they have done to the place is great and always clean! We enjoying coming here because of the staff and they have done a great job. The new design of the place is so much nicer. Easier to watch the children and the play area in the back is sooo nice! Thank you Jessica for making my kids experience always great. To upper management, please reward your staff because you don’t want to lose great people!!!!! Thanks Camille
This place used to be amazing! We had a visit today and I was extremely disappointed. Most, if not all the toys in the second room, were not working. They used to have this amazing set up in that second room with a big dart thing with soccer balls and a really display of dramatic play things. The only thing I saw today was a vanity and half the things were busted that were on it. The other room was really dirty. It’s never been that dirty. My heart was so sad to see it like this. The first room was ok, had the usual bounce houses…but was missing the one with the basketball hoop that my kids used to love and they both asked for it. There was a rather large bucket of roof water in the Play area which I thought was weird and very gross. Food was great and the service was nice. My kids still had fun so it was well worth the trip.
