They are a kind and responsive company. The service was amazing. If we had questions we could ask through text and they got back to us in a reasonable and respectful amount of time. Having the drop of Friday and pick up Monday was great and easy to manage. The bounce castle was very clean and well taken care of. We will be using them again. Thank you!
We will definitely be ordering from 207bounce again! My kiddo loved the bounce unit we rented. Good communication between the delivery man. Unit was so much fun!! Was a perfect fit for my daughters Halloween themed 8th birthday party celebration! Thank you 207 Bounce!!
Chris was great and very easy to work with! My event was on a Saturday, so they dropped the bounce house and supplies off on Friday and were very communicative about the times they were going to come. Chris gave me his personal number in case I had any issues and needed to get a hold of him. Great company, service, and experience!

Private party event was very fun for the kids and nicely set up. I highly recommend this spot for a birthday party. So much room for everyone!! Only giving 4 stars because when emailing about set-up and clean-up times, never got a response. When arriving it was very cold inside the event for least the first half hour. The contract is not made for the Private party and doesn't explain anything to involve it. There should be separate contracts for Private party and people who rent bounce houses for delivery.
I had the pleasure of having my daughter’s birthday party at their indoor facility. It was absolutely perfect! Spacious, clean, and organized. They let me go in 20 mins early to set up and even offered to help. That were very nice and polite and also very informative about what they were doing throughout the whole event. All in all, I highly recommend them. Also, every summer I rent one of their bounce houses for my son’s birthday and they are always right on time and polite. 10 out of 10 recommend this company for any party needs!
