We ordered a Wood Kingdom Playground for our backyard. The customer service we received in store and when install exceeded our expectations! The quality and professionalism was over the top. This company is hands down the BEST customer service you could ask for. After going through a horror story with the Great East End swing and shed (stay away from that place!), Lee came to the rescue and got me the shed I’ve been waiting for in a very short period of time. They were here and gone in 2 hours and left the place spotless. My shed is absolutely beautiful and well built. Thank you so much Lee and team for making this happen, you have certainly gained customer for life. If anyone needs a shed or swing set, GO HERE!! Don’t waste your time anywhere else! They will take great care of you, and make this a most pleasant process. These guys are awesome!!

Our shed was still structurally sound but we wanted new doors to give it an updated look. Wood Kingdom East showed us what was available.nWe now have beautiful fiberglass doors with such pretty windows. Thanks to the helpful people at Wood Kingdom East. This place was so great to work with! Highly recommended! From the first phone call to installation they were very professional. They took time to walk through the many options of sheds, from builds to finishes to sizes and colors and were patient when I changed my mind a few times. They listened and suggested something that perfectly meet my needs.nnThe installation was fast and clean and the shed looks amazing ! The installer checked with me throughout the process to make sure the placement and details were what I wanted. It is such a great quality product with details like shutters, locking windows, screens and a door lock that make it practical and beautiful !! We are so happy with our purchase and the whole experience.
