Very hard to rate. I'll divide it in two. The store. This one has all you need or are looking for. Clean. Organized. Enough staff on floor to assist shoppers. Lots of departments and variety of colors, shapes and materials for that you went there to Shop. The customer experience. Overwhelming. Way too many people, Crowding over each other. Aisles are so full it takes a long time to cross from one sector to another. Then you go to pay. Brace for lines that go all the way across the store. This time was so bad I decided to leave my cart and just get out of there. Parking, tough huge, can't take them all. It was hell. So 5 to the store, 1 to customer experience. Average 3.

Oh my good Walmart is pretty good but when it's in Puerto Rico it looks like the only store in the island always overcrowded almost no parking and the parking space is huge and let me tell you going true the ails is like going to the highway off hell I can handle so much for me I don't like it sorry it's my humble opinion 👍

Janessa Gillette review for Walmart Supercenter
I dont understand why the shoppers for pickup are never able to find the simplest items that are clearly in stock this if the 4th time in 2 months ive had to go in to the store to gather the items myself that they list as out of stock do youre job!

Overcrowded and overpriced. A butternut squash was $15.00. However, the local grocery store sells them for $2.00. Walmart is supposed to be a people's store. I wonder if people understand how much they're being ripped off by a giant smiling face owned by a ridiculously rich family that doesn't even offer good health benefits for its employees.
