Viking Arena Reviews
ReviewnToday we visited Viking’s Arena for a birthday party. The place was super crowded. I think they exceeded the safe capacity of persons inside the area by a lot. It wasn't easy to walk inside. We wasted 20 minutes looking for parking and ended up parking outside the premises in a questionable and unsafe area.nNevertheless, my kids had fun and had a pleasant time with their friends and family. The play area is pretty good and big enough. Food quality is average, but prices are high. The staff was courteous, and the service overall was fair. My advice to the management: exceeding the capacity of people inside a closed area can be dangerous in case of an emergency.
Viking Arena is a great place to go with your kids and enjoy the time. However, the service needs to be better the reason being these parents go there with their children just to go and be happy. Is not good that some employees in the reception have bad mood. Prices are reasonable but the only thing is they make you buy the socks which are $3.50 per. If you are going here just get over the service and go have fun.
Excellent place to take your kids. Price range from $14 to 28 dollars the first hour, then from $4 to 6 the second. Sure that they will enjoy all the time there.
Super fun! Tho you need to be careful in some areas because you could get injured. But besides that is one of the best places for obstacle courses in Puerto Rico! I really recommend it.
We went for the first time today and were very excited about this place which was recommended by friends. Overall the kids had a great time. My husband and I felt good about the area and walked around monitoring to secure our children’s (12yo, 6yo, 3yo) safety. There were some kids playing rough, which is not unusual when there are groups of friends together but the actions were corrected by an employee. However, things took a turn. A group of kids were choking and pushing each other causing an immediate dangerous environment to others around. My son was hurt while passing by this group. We let the team know but unfortunately they were not responsive to the situation, we decided to leave. The place had a lot of staff but they were just sitting around chatting with each other vs monitoring costumer safety. We saw the safety videos ahead of time, but unfortunately the response was not the same.
