The Family Fun Factory

Stopped here on a road trip to the Adirondacks with 15 mo twins. Came on a Friday morning and it was empty - perfect for us! There were so much for us to do, even though my girls are still very early walkers. There’s a great mini trampoline and obstacle course just for littles (I think it was 5+ but again empty so we played!). The girls loved the interactive walls, plastic horse rockers and caterpillar crawl through toy. Great stop and the place both looked (and smelled!) clean. Thanks everyone!

I reserved a party last year at rockin jump..went there; cake in hand, guest on the way only to find out they are closed. The door was locked and no one was there, so after much search we found on Facebook they were closed. I guess they did not feel the need to tell the reserved party that they can no longer host a party. My son was VERY disappointed. THIS YEAR we went to family fun factory and it was better than I could have hoped. We didn't even reserve a table ect. as I didn't know how many people would show. Forgive me ,I am terrible at remembering as my brain is everywhere..Nacy, Michelle? Well,ALL employees were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to help me and the party goers to make sure we all had an easy going and fun time.nnWe brought an ice cream cake and with no reservations, she still took my cake and kept in freezer until ready. Provided us with a knife and excellent customer service. Very happy with the experience as all moms know birthday partys can be stressful. They were absolutely wonderful here!nOh and ofcourse the kids had a blast,lazer tag, pizza,arcade, bounce house And even play center for toddlers.

My kid enjoyed here. It is spacious, clean and safe. Staffs are so nice. They also have games. Adult waiting are is huge and plenty of tables to sit. They have massage chairs for adults to relax and wait. You can also order food. And you don't have to worry about parking there's plenty. We had a good time and my kid was happy so it's an easy 5 stars.

Bad service peopel coming in party room not part of party stealing things they say Dedicated staff fals advertisement on that owner saying cant do that and owner fefuse to help in the Situation people are stealing from bithday kids and owner dose not Care about the situation why pay for people to steal from you never again place needs to be shut down need health inspetionnThis was the second time there and last owner could have easly mad things right but refuse to do anything about it all and got upset when mad revew and got in my face infront of other customers now the owner is telling my 14 year old off on a revew that he did and also telling him that they dont want him back when it was his things that wher taken wow what a good business practicennif owner makes things wright will update revew

I booked a party for my daughter last minute at the Family Fun Factory. The staff member by the name Senada was phenomenal. I highly recommend this business especially Senada who took care of my every single need- she was always right there! I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend not only the Family Fun Factory services but especially hers. The girl was on point and made my daughter’s birthday one that she won’t forget!nThanks again Senada!
