You should absolutely ensure there is enough staff to help people to retrieve items from all the locked cabinets in the store. Waiting for 15 mins for someone to find a person with a key is a total waste of customers time. Theft is an issue and I get it but I shouldn’t be inconvenienced in the process.

I used to love going to this Target because it’s convenient. Lately the store has been on the decline. Customer Service is lacking and my orders often have canceled or missing items. Recently I waited 45 mins in the drive up, only for my order to be incomplete. There was no notification about the items being unavailable. At this point I would rather drive to the Target in Westbury or go to Walmart.

I love Target! It doesn’t matter which one, all Targets are amazing! This store has a Starbucks, and the staff at Starbucks are pretty cool. The Target employees are really nice at this store, some of them were super helpful and some were just fun. This store has a lot of fun stuff, and a lot of great Christmas decorations and ornaments. This Target is well stocked with everything you may need, from toiletry to travel to food supplies.nnIf you’re worried about parking, there’s a huge parking lot infront off the building.

Very large Target, the curbside pickup options is very convenient and typically very easy. Going inside usually only 1-2 registers will be open so be prepared to wait on long lines. Lanes are crowded with employees trying to stock shelves & the employees aren’t exactly “friendly”. Overall decent target.

Our visit was marred by an unacceptable level of treatment that left us feeling like criminals. Upon attempting to purchase gift cards, we were informed that a limit of four was imposed, citing it as the store's policy.nThe manner (wouldn’t give us his name) in which this information was conveyed was not only discourteous but also displayed a lack of professionalism. The staff's rude and disrespectful behavior extended beyond our interaction, as they were observed talking down to multiple customers, myself included. To add to the distressing encounter, we were eventually asked to leave the store. This treatment is not reflective of the standards we expect from target.nnIt is disheartening to witness such behavior, especially considering our intention was simply to make a purchase. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. It is my hope that you address these concerns promptly, as such experiences can significantly impact one's perception of your brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
