Its actually a very nice grass area.Try to catch a cute festival like I did because they are always having events on summer weekends. Try to find a spot away from the addicts. Good luck!

Small neighborhood park. A place where families, children and sometimes unsavories but they leave you alone. A lot of stores surround the area. Furniture, household items, thrift store, a cafe, Mexican food, a church, high end shoe/clothes store (Oz), Italian deli, pizzeria, bank, Dollar General, a health clinic.
