Super friendly staff. All places where the kids played were clean. No odor anywhere - and I have a nose like a hound dog. I'd return for sure. It is a nice indoor place for kids to burn off energy. My only suggestion is update those bathrooms. All the doors are bent and barely close, letalone lock.
Good place for kids to have fun.. some areas need more workers to control the kids... some slides rage needs to be replaced.. food is okay especially the pizza, but I don't recommend the chicken.
Went to glow nights,it was cool. Kids had a blast. Get there early to register and get a locker ($2 cost for Locker) and be mindful that we live in a post covid world.
Went there for a birthday party, $500 and all you get is nasty pizza, a room and drinks. Birthday kid gets no privileges, we wanted to play on the basketball court but they just let everyone come in and play unorganized games. Super friendly staff but $500 is not worth it because you just get everything all the other people get. Atleast let the birthday party get a little time to play basketball.

We celebrated our kid’s birthday here. Everyone had a pleasant experience. The staff also managed to bring in more pizzas on short notice.nnI recommend signing waivers online before visiting the place. This happens to be a bottleneck for them.
