This place is an absolute dump. Owner is rude, abrasive, and cares little for the wellness of others. 90 degrees plus downstairs, no AC, smells like mold/mildew, humid, houses kept deflating due to circuit breaker tripping, disinfectant and hazardous materials just sitting where children can get to it, not conducive to children in a bounce house and elderly trying to celebrate a birthday. Sad when grandparents have to leave b/c they're about to pass out. Would not recommend, in fact, stay far far away!

I take my kids here often to play in the bounce area. They have fun and you can't beat 5$ to bounce however long you want. Has vending machines full of cheap snacks and drinks. The staff has always been nice when we've gone. A little cleaning could go a long way here. (My reason for 3 stars) the carpet in the bounce area needs a thorough vacuuming and tables and chairs sanitized. I'm also wondering how often the bounce houses are cleaned. Bathrooms could use a scrub. All in all, still a decent place to take the kids to get out of the house without spending an arm and a leg.

This facility does rent out inflatables for parties, so the ones inside do get changed up.nnVending machines in hallway for snacks. Birthday party or event rental is available as well.nnDay care and baby care is also available.nnFour stars only because the place needs updating.
My wife and I came to swim laps in the pool. As far as I know, it's the only 25m indoor pool in Shenandoah County, but not worth a visit unless you're desperate. No lifeguard. Bad smell in the water. Locker rooms dirty. Algae in the pool. Not a pleasant experience.
