From the friendly staff to the clean bathroom what’s not to love. The family environment was to stay for. Word for the wise get the 14.99 monthly unlimited pass! You will definitely get your money worth!
Had a great time at Rebounderz Orlando. So much fun for kids and staff was very friendly. Jill in cafe made the best pizza ever. 5/5 recommend for families. I’ll be returning during the week to partake in the Family Fun Pack. Comes with a large pizza!
While my kids had a blast running, jumping, and climbing at their birthday party, the overall experience was lacking due to several issues. Despite paying a hefty $500 in advance for all attending guests, the room assigned to us was not ready at the scheduled time. To add insult to injury, we were forced to switch rooms because ours was double-booked.nnThe party package included game cards with 300 points, but each game required 150 points to play, resulting in only two games before the credits ran out. This limited the amount of fun the kids could have.nnMoreover, the provided pizza, nuggets, and fries were bland, dry and unappealing. We had to stop and eat after the fact.nnOverall, the birthday party fell short of expectations. While the kids enjoyed the physical activities, the lack of preparation, limited game credits, and subpar food left a disappointing impression.
Derek, Nati and Rex and Angel are awesome and always are there to help me and my family out between making sure their safe and getting them snacks. They also are always keep the place super clean .... Great memberships as well and fun for the kids cause they get a free drink and popcorn with every visit.
We had my daughter's 10th birthday party today in the Rock N Roll room at 3pm. The room was nicely decorated and the tables had themed decals too! Our party host, Naomi was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pizza came out nice and hot and the kids loved the chicken nuggets. The facility was clean and there is lots for the kids to do. The manager Sidiki was very personable and made sure to check on us. Even the booking process was great when we booked over the phone. Angel made our reservation and he was super knowledgeable and friendly too. Overall, a fun and unique place for a kids birthday party. Only recommendation for improvement: walls in the party room could use a touch up of paint since you can tell past birthday signs have ripped some paint off...but it didn't interfere with our experience! Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!!!
