10/10 recommend for birthday parties. The whole process is streamlined and well thought out to make planning and execution simple for parents/party planners. The attendants were kind and very helpful. Most importantly the kids had so much fun! There was enough variety to where our 2 & 3 year olds could never imagine getting bored in the jump room. Parents loved seeing photos in the party room while we were served pizza and cake. I also love how they bag up all of your presents for you so we only have one giant bag to haul inside when we get home.

I had a great experience at Pump it up Raleigh every interaction I had with each staff member was great! They were all so helpful! Justin did a great job hosting our party taking pictures and keeping the kids excited from room to room! Thank you all for a great experience for my 4 year old!

This is such a fun place! 🥳 Our kids had a blast when they were invited to birthday parties here. The space is large. The inflatables are huge and varied. There’s a play room for smaller kids and another playroom for older kids. After the kids played for about an hour, they took a break for snacks and cake in a private room. It seems like most birthday parties last about 2 hours, which seems like plenty of time.

First time ever! It was a nice time for my boy he enjoyed it. Kiddie area, middle kid area and older kids with the bigger playground. Plenty for him to bounce and play around on and really liked the blocks to stack and use. We will be back another time to enjoy ourselves.
