Ninja Bounce and Blast

Update 6/22/19 - zero stars. This place has taken a turn for the worse! They have added a nerf section that takes up room that probably isn’t used much. The biggest problem is our 5 and 3 yr olds have trouble climbing through the bounce houses. Seems different. There’s no ladder or handles any longer so they can’t climb the wall to go down the slide on 2 of the 3 units. Very frustrating for them and us as parents. Half the games don’t work, money was jammed into one. One of the rides doesn’t work and they took down the swing which our 1.5 yr old used to love. They also moved the baby area and ball pit. If I owned this place I would be embarrassed. Will never go back here.nn—-nnNice place to bring the kids. We try going in the morning during week days when it’s much less crowded. Would also give it 5 stars if they cared enough to fix their AC issue. Gets hot especially on the weekend when it’s super crowded. We could only last about an hour here. I feel like they should repair some of the broken walls around the outside area of the bounce houses. Seems like they were in a hurry to get this place opened. I wouldn’t want my kids exploring around the walls, seems like they could find something they shouldn’t. I believe this place used to be a different business before the bounce house so who knows what’s in those walls.

I just love this business!!! Not only are the people that you have hired there great but also how immaculate and well kept it is!!! From the second you walk in you know it's a place that you will be coming back too.nnJennifer (@ door) always has a smile on her face. She's very knowledgeable about answering any questions and seems to love what she does.nnWe had a birthday here as well and I can't even begin to describe how stress free and amazing they made it for me!!! From offering to carry stuff, help clean, asking us what we needed, ect... We couldn't have been more happy!!! I dropped at LEAST 3 drinks while being there today and Gabby was so nice and patient she dealt with it all without being stressed!!!nnThank you ALL for being such caring people and doing such a great job with my son's birthday!!nn**ON TOP OF IT ALL...all I left my phone there and I know normally when stuff like that happens you can tell people have went through your phone and I can honestly say when I unlocked it was still on the camera.... which made me feel even more grateful about the people that work there because they genuinely ARE good people..INSIDE AND OUT**

Came with my 2 yr & 4 yr old to burn off some energy. Reasonable price and wide variety of activities. Bounce houses were a huge hit and both my boys spent 45 minutes running the circuit before collapsing in the ball pit :)

We just had my son's 2nd birthday here and all the kids had a blast. The staff was very friendly, and we all enjoyed the visit from the ninja to cut the birthday cake. Also my son absolutely loved the balloon drop at the end. The only complaint I have seems to be the same one everyone else has. The AC does not work well in the main play area. Our party room was nice and cool but the play area was easily 10 degrees warmer, if not more. Just get that fixed and this place gets a 5 star rating.

Love this place and all the staff. My son has so much fun when he goes here. The prices are good, nothing more than you would spend anywhere else that is kid friendly and allows your child to get all the crazy out for the day. As always you must keep an eye on your children because that is the responsibility of parents not of the staff, it's not a babysitting service for the parents who are complaining about them not keeping an eye on your children! recommend!
