Was here several times to enjoy watching snow geese & canada geese roosting at the lake nearby. It's amazing to see and hear hundreds if not thousands geese flying and singing above your head. When I went back on Nov 13, 2019, the lake was frozen & I didnt any single goose, except a dead one in the middle of the lake, and was thrilled to spot a bald eagle & a red-tailed hawk (who prob were feeding on the dead goose).

Great day, great weather, and beautiful views. Pictures don't say enough, the sounds, feel and smell that comes on breeze of a day like today can only be expected. Thank you for this wonderful day. 
We needed a walk after eating too much at Bokie's. Loved the paved trail and the bridge. Excellent play area for kids.
It's a nice park but there isn't enough community events and activities to do to add additional equipment or community events
