Launch Entertainment Park Methuen

My son had an amazing 5th birthday party! Couldn’t have asked for a better day.

We had a great experience for our son's birthday at Launch in Methuen. Our host, Peter, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He kept everything running smoothly so the kids could have as much fun as possible without waiting around. We would definitely have a party there again!

I took 3 kids here today! Omg what an amazing experience. They built in a new toddler area with small climbing areas, little swings, slides and building foam blocks. There are a lot of areas to jump in and staff are ALWAYS watching and attentive to make sure kids follow the rules and aren't hurting eachother.nnThe checkin is a disaster. The waivers REALLY slow things down a lot! I waited in line at least 20 minutes and the color band I got shorted me 20 minutes due to the line. They only had one person on and a huge line. If people book online for a certain time, then they lose a lot just standing in the line! It also stunk that we couldn't order much for food because of birthday parties taking up all of it. Pizzas weren't available to public but the rest of the menu was available with a 45 minute wait. It was disappointing about the food because we left earlier than expected, but overall a good experience. The staff was also very kind!

We had a fantastic employee assist us with our party. His name was Jay. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. He took care of everything we needed and more! I lost my diamond in the foam pit and he found it!

My sister had a party for her son yesterday. Neralis was running the party and she was outstanding! From finding candles when my sister forgot and was on top of pizza trays and coordinating the kids which is no easy task! She was outstanding!
