Great place because it’s small and you can keep an eye on your children especially if they have special-needs . We also received a discount for my autistic grandchild. The only thing I would like is that they allow parents with special needs kids to guide them through the obstacle course so they could feel comfortable.
I like the location and the facilities however the parents can't go with the kids in the playground so it was hard for a two-year-old to navigate the maze alone. The infant area was too small so we decided to leave.
Great place for the kids to play, there was a few sick kids in there today! Watch your children closely so they don't get hurt
The entire line gets backed up when the front employee is trying to help a customer create a booking. Everybody is waiting outside trying to get in with their kids, while one employee is trying to make a future booking. This was a 20 minute process.
There's no supervision at all from employees. There are certain areas that are not bump-in-the-head proof. Bigger kids enters toddler area and no employee intervenes.
