Great customer service! Very quick to respond to questions. Reasonable prices. Staff are super friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd of many future rentals with this company. They had slide all set up and ready before party started. I’m thrilled to have this local business that provides rentals for our community!
These guys are top notch. We have used them 2 years in a row for a school function and…. 1. Their prices are reasonable. 2. Their equipment is fun and well kept (in good condition and clean and entertaining) 3. They are punctual: on time set up and take down. 4. Completely self sufficient - they did ALL of the work - we just got to enjoy the equipment. 5. Very friendly and flexible - worked with us on timing, placement etc and always with a smile and a lot of respect! The “friendly factor” doesn’t always show up as a priority when choosing a vendor (especially as a non profit when pricing is so crucial), but it sure makes things a lot easier and more pleasant when you are working hard to put together a big event and things can get stressful! They did a great job all around!
I highly recommend having a party here at Jumpin Around. The party room was very clean and perfectly set up when I arrived. The employee Rylee was very sweet and accommodating to all our needs or questions. Even when my kids had her making a hundred sticks of cotton candy 
it was great to just show up with a cake and pizza! Definitely give them a try, all the kids will love it. Very responsive for booking and any questions I had before the party.

Our children were bouncing on 3 inflatables from Jumpin Around at the Sourwood Festival in Black Mountain today.nnOur 3 year old had just gotten out, and we were putting his shoes on when we realized that all three inflatables began deflating and this one (first photo) deflated with six people inside. Four children, a dad and a pregnant mom. Everyone who was around held up the sides for about 5 minutes so that they could get out safely.nnIt took almost 10 minutes (approximately 8) for the inflatables to begin pumping up again.nnNo apology, no acknowledgement to the kids that were terrified and screaming, no refund.nnI was shocked. I made sure to tell the two employees that were there that I was surprised and appalled by their lack of care and empathy for the families and the kids.
Rented this bounce house for my son's birthday party and it was the best money spent for the event. The kids bounced their hearts out and the party didn't end til it was about to get dark. I will be reaching out to rent again!!
