Jumparooz Trampoline Park

Me and my friends really enjoyed ourselves at this recreation centre that includes different trampolines, obstacle courses, an air bag, walk the wall challenge, a battle beam and a trampoline basketball court! The staff promptly checked us in and helped with the lockers when they messed up a few times, toilets were clean too and the upper room of the cafe is nice, where we nabbed some quality soft drinks.

Decent trampoline park though I could see access issues for some visitors. The cafe overlooks the park but when sessions start they plunge the whole place into darkness so you can't really watch your kids properly. Friendly staff and a cheerful place.

We booked jumperooz Bradford for my son’s 8th birthday party 20/11/23. From start to finish the event was perfect. Our party host Nevaeh was friendly and polite and well organised and checked regularly that everything was going fine. The children had a great time in the play area and were very happy with the food and treats, especially the slush and lucky dips. I would definitely use this venue again for a day out or a party. Parking can be an issue if you don’t get a spot with no where close to park but luckily we all managed to find a space. Thank you Naveah and the team at jumperooz.

My daughter BROKE her arm and needed an OPERATION. I wish I can give this place a zero review. I visited on Wednesday 02 August unfortunately due a fall my daughter ended up breaking her arm result in urgent operation. However, my issue is the staff member who apparently was a manger. He checked my daughters arm and informed me that it was broken and I should take her to A&E. After saying this he started filling out a form and took all the relevant information about the incident which took approximately 15-20mins. At this moment I was under the impression that he’s filling this form in so he can give the form to me and I can take it to A&E. however, after filling the form I asked him to give me that form to which he replied it’s for their record. I don’t think it was fair when my 4 year old daughter was screaming in pain and he was too busy filling out the form. Ideally, He should have called the ambulance on the spot and if he really needed the relevant information to complete the form then he should asked a family member to stay back so they could have given him the information as there was 15 of us and 6 adults were present at the time of incident so he could have got all the information he required. It was absolutely inhuman how he continued to fill out the form while my 4 year old was screaming in pain. He prioritised a form over a child’s life which is disgusting. I would suggest all parents to avoid this place.

Perfect family afternoon ❤ my son birthday afternoon with family best present... he loved their and can't wait when we go back for fun 🤪👍👍👍👌nBooked in online 3 weeks ago before we go... definitely me before bought tickets checking Google how many stars and some reviews so that way we drive 45min one way. My legs unfortunately been to pain but I'm enjoying anyway 🙃 so excited watching how my boy's enjoying and husband ☺ so fun and cool 😎 ☺ 😊 Recommend for active people and family's ,best time 🤲 together ❤ 😊
