Funcity Adventure Park

It was our first time at FunCity Adventure Park and we were there for a Birthday Party. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Place was busy but very clean. I’ve been to a lot of other places like this and this one was my kid’s favorite. The really cool cotton candy machine was AWESOME! We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you!! ❤️

I've been to a few different trampoline parks and indoor playground type establishments. As for trampoline parks, this is the best one, in my opinion.nIt was the cleanest. It had the biggest open spaces in play areas AND in the eating areas. That is significant especially when it's crowded.nThe staff was friendly and seemed to not be miserable. LolnI went on Saturday September 23rd, and they had lost their internet that day due to thunderstorms. The young workers still kept it together and apologized for the delay. I only took one star away because we were attending a party, and my friend only had 15 minutes from the previous party to her start time to set up. It's not enough turn around time. I know it's a business and they want to pack people in, but it's not right. Due to Internet issues, the worker didn't have socks and passes until 30 minutes into party time, which is not fair. It stressed out the hostess and made it more difficult to enjoy her child's party. They need to reevaluate that. That gave the kids more jump time, but the party was rushed out the door of the party room. Hmmm... I'm starting to talk myself into 3 stars, but I won't. Things happen, and we really liked this place.

So my son had his 10th birthday at Fun city. Our host for the party name was Layla. She did a great job hosting the party. Only thing I didn’t like is that the party was two hours I think once the party was over if the guests would still like to stay. They should allow them to stay. It wasn’t that many people there, so I don’t know why the children wasn’t allowed to say, but other than that the party was a success, and everybody in my son party had a good time

Went for the first time today for a birthday party. It was early at 10:30 on a Saturday so there weren't many people there yet. Plenty of staff assisting in the party room and around the building. My kids didn't have to wait in any long lines to use attractions or to play in play areas. Plenty of trampolines to jump on and staff were attentive to make sure kids of all ages played together nicely. My kids loved the rock climbing area and my youngest really surprised me by doing so well on the sky obstacle course. We will definitely be returning here for more fun.

Birthdays are fun here and the trampolines seem well maintained. I think the party rooms could use some more decorations. Maybe a board to display the birthday kids name so it's easier to locate your room would be nice too.
