Firefighter’s Memorial Park

What a lovely place. Today (6/15) was my first visit. The associates who run the operation are kind, caring, polite and friendly. The restroom/changing room is immaculately clean as is the entire property. There is no cost to enter, and everyone is mindful of everyone else. Despite the fact that it is located in Union City, residents of Weehawken are welcomed. I will make sure to include a few laps as often as I possibly can. Thanks to all the associates who make the experience a welcoming one.

Had a great time here at the public pool. It was clean and everyone was friendly- and the views were amazing. There's even a Kiddie Pool and splash pad. A hidden gem for sure.nnDefinitely had some anxiety going in as I didn't know what to expect, here's some info for anyone visiting:nn-The pool is open to residents of Union City AND residents of Hudson County as a whole. Bring your ID to gain entry.nn-Check the website to see the times (the pool has different times for Adult Swim, Adult Lap Swim, Open Swim, Kiddie Pool, etc.nn-The pool closes every two hours for cleaning (this is a plus as it looked and felt clean.)nn-Parking is rough. There's free street parking but if you're not a resident of Union City there's a two hour limit before you catch a ticket. It's not great but it's doable to enjoy the pool in that timeframe.nn-There are bathrooms but no lockers. You basically have to put your stuff on one of the steps or an area where you can see it and just keep an eye on it.nnOverall great experience and worth it. I was there on Monday morning in July (at about 1030) and it got solidly busy- I can't imagine how packed it gets during weekends.

Went there this weekend for the kiddee pool since it’s open much earlier than the jersey city publicnpools. This pool exceeded my expectations!! The views are unbelievable and it’s such a fun pool for kids. The deepest part is only 1.5 feet deep which I love with a beach entry on one side. There is a sprinkler area as well for kids. If you live in Hudson county deff check it out!

Very peaceful atmosphere good for all age people

We absolutely love this pool. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful. My kids love it here.
