Exhilarate – The Adventure Zone

Our kids had a blast celebrating my son’s birthday today. Our hostess Hannah was friendly and attentive, and the communication with the staff was great. Pizzas were hot, drinks cold, facility was clean. The climb zone was a great add on!!

Our visit here today was awful. We was rush. Did not have time to eat cake and ice cream. I read on the package we book said 2 hour total party and 1 hour party room. Our party was supposed to start at 2:50 and we was supposed to be there at less 2:30. I call around 2:48 we was a few minutes from the building do to traffic. She said the they would adjust our time. She did. We was there 2:58. Our time was adjust 3-5. We was never appointed a host. We was appointed the room we was in. Our food came in 4:14. Once they bought our food in we was told clean up would be at 4:45. Then it was made a problem with our drink that was left over. She asked did I wanted it. I said yes if there was something I could put it in. If not throw it away. Manger came in after I clear told the lady that was cleaning the room she cold throw it away, and said to me this what you asked her for. I explained I could not carry all the cups she had with in drinks in. Just throw it away.manger got angry and even sent a cop to our room. Really was not called for. I've been there before like 3 time or more and this by far the worst I have ever been treated.

Me and my husband would recommend everyone not to do birthday parties at this place. There is a lady for service who will bring all the kids right in one hour of play and cut everyone’s bands on their wrist with the scissors. It was very embarrassing for us in front of the guests. Later we were given an option of buying 45 minutes of play for $15 for each child. So we ended up paying double amount. We have been to other places where there is 2 hour party with the hall with enough flexibility to play or be in the hall. They didn’t let our kids go out of the party hall. We felt like they were spying on every activity of all the kids and keeping too much check. We were not happy with the experience overall . I would highly not recommend for birthday parties.

Went there for my granddaughters 7th birthday. We did not have the party there as it was cheaper to just play then go home and have her presents and cake and Open presents. You can't bring in any food or drinks inside this place. The drinks were expensive. Kids had a great time!

This is a long one, but I want to be thorough because I HOPE the owners will see this and make some changes.nnI've taken my daughter here since they opened a few years back and we recently hosted her birthday party there, which was a great experience other than the smell throughout the building (see below). I love the concept of Exhilarate and it's so sad to me how run down it's becoming after just a couple of years in business. Trampoline pads are broken or missing (which is a huge safety issue if a kid steps in the wrong place, they'll go straight into the floor), the place smells like sewage (we thought this was just a one off at my daughter's birthday party a couple of weeks ago but we went this morning and same issue), and the cleanliness is severely lacking. They have a fog machine they use pretty regularly, but you can tell that the bare minimum is done when it comes to actually wiping the play surfaces down. They're grimy and need hands on cleaning which the fog machine doesn't accomplish. There's writing in sharpie on pieces of the playground and the inflatable at the back doesn't have enough air in it so the pieces collapse any time a child climbs on them. The parking lot desperately needs repaving. It breaks my heart because this is easily the best option for indoor play in the area and it's going downhill fast. I love bringing my daughter here but if it keeps on the path it's going down, I won't be able to anymore. To the owners: PLEASE address these issues. Please strengthen your cleaning protocols. Please invest in maintenance for the facility so our kids can have a safe, nice, clean place to play.
