Elevation Trampoline & Amusement Laval

Halloween party on 27Oct2023:nKid-friendly activities, photobooth, lively music, colorful lighting and professional and customer-centric employees.nnMy kids had a blast at the party!

Its a cool place BUT if you’re planning on doing a birthday its not worth it. Why…?nYou hardly have any time to eat they tell you to leave a little after 2hours and you feel pressured to leave. After spending 600$ the least they could have done was accommodate us, that would have been kind..Its not like there wasn't any extra tables 1/2 of the tables were available. Disappointed!! This is why i rate the place 2 stars!!

Very fun place to organize a kids birthday party. The staff were very nice. We were served by Isabella during the entire afternoon. She was amazing. She made sure that we had everything we needed and would time to time check up on us:) Everything was well explained. The room was spacious, clean. The food was great! The playground was safe. Thank you again to all the amazing staff for making this experience great! Cheers! J&T

Great place, prices are affordable compared to other similar places. Service was really good. The only thing I disagree with is that parents of kids older than 5 cannot be on the platform to check on their kids unless they pay. We'll be coming back for sure!!

Yesterday we had our son’s birthday at elevation trampoline Laval! It was a bad experience!nThe staff was disrespectful, the food wasn’t enough so we asked for another pizza they told us they don’t have even though when we booked they told us if you need extra pizza, you can order on the same day!! The table was too small for all the kids, no place for the kids to sit and eat and when they sat on another table because there was no more clients, the staff came and told them that they can’t sit , how can they eat? They can sit on the black tables in front but not on the birthday tables!! How is that logical !! The quantity of food and one punch of drink isn’t enough for 8 kids! And the end all kids were still eating and one of the staff came and told us you have to pay and leave because I have to clean and go, if you stay more you have to pay 50$!!! She could have said you can go and sit on the black tables because I have to clean this table! It would have more respectful for their clients!nWe will never come back to this place! I won’t recommended to anyone!
